Ever wondered what all those letters in front or behind a dogs registered name meant?
Titles Explained
The letters are the abbreviated version of titles you and your dog can earn. Titles either come as a prefix (beginning) or as a suffix (end) of the dogs name.

We use the following three organizations to test and title our dogs.

AKC Titles
CGC- Canine Good Citizen (suffix)
TKN- Trick Dog Novice (suffix)
ACT1- Agility Course Test 1 (suffix)
JH- Junior Hunter (suffix)
FC- Field Champion (prefix)
CH- Show Champion (prefix)
DC- Dual Champion (prefix)

IABCA Titles
NatJCH- National Junior Puppy Champion
IntCH- International Champion
ComCH- International Companion Champion
VetCH- Veteran Champion
NAVHDA Tests
NA- Natural Ability Test
UPT- Utility Preparatory Test
UT- Utility Test
VC- Invitational Test (Versatile Champion)
